01 The story
The operating view for a portfolio of acquired companies: trailing revenue, blended margin, cash, headcount, retention, and open risk flags in one strip, with drill-down pages and a document data room per company. It currently runs on labeled illustrative data; the connector backend (accounting, HRIS, banking) is scoped, including a fallback where uploaded statements are parsed by Claude.
